📄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Helpic, we offer digital memberships and community-based services with a focus on collective impact. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not generally issued once a subscription has been processed.

However, we are committed to fairness and transparency. You may request a cancellation or refund under the following conditions:

  • If you were charged in error.

  • If your account was compromised or misused.

  • If technical issues prevented access to Helpic’s core features.

To request a refund, please contact us at Contact@helpic.org within 7 days of the transaction. We aim to respond within 3 working days.

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

📦 Fulfillment / Shipping Policy

Helpic is a digital platform; we do not offer physical goods or shipping services. Once your subscription is processed, you will receive immediate access to member features, including the Helpic emergency response network and community tools (as they become available).
